Talent Coastline
The Talent Coastline ecosystem is a form of voluntary cooperation and partnership between operators and companies, under which different operators develop Talent Boost activities in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia. We work to support and promote international recruitment, internationalising work communities and diversifying activities so that the region and companies can remain viable now and in the future.
This site is specifically targeted at actors in the Talent Coastline ecosystem. The website provides information on current issues, events and networks of ecosystem operators and collects together ongoing projects related to promoting the employment of international experts in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia.

Tervetuloa vastaamaan PIKEUS-hankkeen kyselyyn ulkomaalaisesta työvoimasta ja kansainvälisistä rekrytoinneista. Kysely on suunnattu pk-yrittäjille ja pk-yritysten johtotehtävissä toimiville.
Vastaamalla autat hanketta tukemaan pk-yritysten menestystä ja tuot esille yrittäjien ääntä. Näkemyksesi on arvokas huolimatta siitä, onko yrityksessäsi tällä hetkellä ulkomaalaista työvoimaa vai ei.
Kyselyn toteuttaa E2 Tutkimus. Vastaukset ovat luottamuksellisia, eikä niitä yhdistetä yksittäiseen henkilöön tai yritykseen.
