Agricultural funding

- In addition to investments, rural business subsidies will be granted for launching business. It also includes a new development subsidy to support the procuration of expert services at different stages of the company’s development.
- Another new form of support is a pilot subsidy for agriculture, which can be granted for experimenting with new types of agriculture, such as testing new business ideas. Agricultural pilot subsidy is applied for to the Leader group. Depending on the scope of the operations, you may be granted EUR 2,500, EUR 5,000 or EUR 7,500 of pilot subsidy.
Until recently, it was possible to apply for all business subsidies either to the ELY Centre or the Leader group. Since 2023, the funding of the Leader groups will focus particularly on start-ups in order to attract new entrepreneurs and companies in rural areas. In doing so, start-up grants can also be used to support the experimental business activities or launching part-time business operations.
