Talent Coastline

The Talent Coastline ecosystem is a form of voluntary cooperation and partnership between operators and companies, under which different operators develop Talent Boost activities in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia. We work to support and promote international recruitment, internationalising work communities and diversifying activities so that the region and companies can remain viable now and in the future.

This site is specifically targeted at actors in the Talent Coastline ecosystem. The website provides information on current issues, events and networks of ecosystem operators and collects together ongoing projects related to promoting the employment of international experts in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia.
