Talent Coastline is an ecosystem of actors working towards the availability of skilled international labor in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia. In the ecosystem we promote attraction and retention and streamline international recruitments, i.e. implement the objectives of the national Talent Boost program.

This site is specifically targeted at employers and stakeholders in the Talent Coastline ecosystem. The website provides you information on current issues, events and networks related to international recruitment and compiles ongoing projects promoting the employment of international experts in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia.
