Producer Register

Are you wondering whether a company has taken care of Extended Producer Responsibility in Finland? You can check the Waste Management Compass maintained by the Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE). The service is available in Finnish and Swedish.

You can check the producer register on the website to see whether a company has fulfilled its producer responsibility obligations and to check which producer organisations are approved. The site also includes a Waste Management Register where you can search for a carrier of broker for a specific waste and check whether a company is authorised to carry or broker certain waste.
