Diversity of working life

The video recordings of Työelämän monimuotoisuuskoulutus, the working life diversity training organised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment are now available online in Finnish. The series of fourteen lectures reflect on what diversity and inclusion mean and how they can be promoted in working life. The training is divided into three sections and its themes include inclusive management, the recruitment of diversity and an anti-racist work culture.
